Group Coaching for High Potential, Career Acceleration
Using the Promotability Index® model, based on the 5 key leadership elements (self-awareness, external awareness, strategic thinking, executive presence, and thought leadership) cohorts of 15-20 Director level or above, participate in a 12-session cohort (biweekly) that accelerates the development of the organization’s talent pipeline and succession planning.
